Who Can Access the SBI HRMS Portal?
The SBI HRMS portal can be used by current and retired employees of SBI and SBI associate banks. If you are a current or former employee of SBI, then you can easily do all the HR-related work yourself through this portal. All these can use the SBI HRMS portal:
1. Present Employees of SBI and SBI Associates
2. Retired Employees of SBI and SBI Associates
3. Pensioners and Family Pensioners

Registration Process on SBI HRMS
There is no direct process to register on the SBI HRMS web application. If you are a current or former employee of the State Bank of India, you must have been given login credentials, like a username and password, at the time of the onboarding process. You can easily log in to the SBI HRMS web application using these login credentials.
If, for some reason, you have forgotten the login details like username and password, then there is no need to panic. You can easily set a new password; for this, you must have a registered email ID or mobile number. You can reset the password on SBI HRMS by following the steps given below.
If your email ID and mobile number are not registered with the SBI HRMS platform or if it changed, then you should have to contact the SBI Circle PPG team.
Steps To Access SBI HRMS Through the MyHRMS Mobile App
The process to log in to the SBI HRMS web application is quite simple. If you have the login credentials that you had during the onboarding process, you can easily log in to the SBI HRMS web application by following these steps.
Step 1. Open the SBI HRMS Web application on your desktop or Mobile browser or visit directly to https://hrms.bank.sbi/2015/pages/authentication/sbihrms.htm
Step 2. Enter your PF index Number (UserID) and Password
Step 3. Click on the Login Button, and your Dashboard will open.
Step 4. Now you can take any action according to your needs.
Steps to Log in to SBI HRMS Via Mobile App
The SBI employees and pensioners can also access the SBI HRMS service via a Mobile APP developed by the State Bank of India. To access HRMS services via Mobile App, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Open the Google Play Store or App Store (if you’re an IOS user) and Type SBI MyHRMS
Step 2. Download the Official HRMS app of the State Bank of India
Step 3. Once the App is fully downloaded to your mobile device, launch it
Step 4. Now, you will have to enter your PF index Number(UserID) and Password and fill in the captcha
Step 5. Click on the sign Button, and you will see the dashboard.
That’s it. You have successfully logged in to the SBI HRMS and are ready to perform any required action.
SBI HRMS Forgot Password: Steps To Recover It
If you have forgotten the password of the SBI HRMS web application, then you can easily set a new password by following these steps.
Step 1. Open the SBI HRMS Web application on your desktop or Mobile browser, or visit directly to https://hrms.bank.sbi/2015/pages/authentication/sbihrms.htm
Step 2. Enter your PF index Number (UserID)
Step 3. Now, click on the “Forgot Password ?” below the PF Index number and password field.
Step 4. A new page will open asking you to enter your User ID and DOB
Step 5. Enter your PF Index Number (User ID) and DOB, select the OTP receiving option as an email or Phone number, and click on the ‘Generate OTP’ button
Step 6. You will soon receive an OTP on your selected type
Step 7. Enter the OTP and click on the “Submit” Button
Step 8. You will receive a temporary onetime password on your registered email.
Step 9. Log in to the HRMS dashboard with the PF index number and the new one-time password received in your email, and reset the password to your choice.
That’s it. You have successfully changed the password of your SBI HRMS portal.
Steps to Apply to Leave on SBI HRMS
Step 1. Open the SBI HRMS Web application on your desktop or Mobile browser or visit directly to https://hrms.bank.sbi/2015/pages/authentication/sbihrms.htm
Step 2. Enter your PF index Number (UserID) and Password to log in
Step 3. Navigate to the ESS (Employee Self-Service) section on the HRMS dashboard
Step 4. Under ESS, choose ‘Leave Request’ or ‘Leave Application.’
Step 5. Choose the type of leave: e.g., Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Sick Leave, etc.
Step 6. Select leave details like date range, reason for leave, etc
Step 7. After filling in all the details, click ‘Submit’.
That’s it. The leave request will be sent to your reporting authority for approval.
Note: You can go to the ‘Leave Status’ or ‘Leave History’ section to check if your leave is approved or pending.
Steps to Download the Salary Slip from SBI HRMS
Step 1. Open the SBI HRMS Web application on your desktop or Mobile browser, or visit directly to https://hrms.bank.sbi/2015/pages/authentication/sbihrms.htm
Step 2. Enter your PF index Number (UserID) and Password to log in
Step 3. Go to the ESS (Employee Self-Service) section on the HRMS dashboard
Step 4. Under the ESS menu, select ‘Salary Slip,’ ‘Payslip,’ or ‘Payroll’ (naming may vary slightly based on portal version)
Step 5. Select the desired month and year for which you want to view/download the salary slip
Step 6. Click ‘Download’ or ‘Print’ to save it as a PDF.
