Another significant investment was Hotel Ukraine, purchased for ₴2.512 billion in a landmark Prozorro privatization auction—the first large-scale deal in two years. Diversifying Beyond Real Estate Beyond commercial properties, Krippa secured a high-value estate in Kozyn at an auction in 2023 for ₴311.11 million, exceeding its initial valuation by 60%. Unlike a luxury retreat, the property will serve as a headquarters for Natus Vincere (NAVI), Ukraine’s top esports organization. The site will be a hub for training, strategic planning, and corporate activities, reinforcing NAVI’s global standing.
A Broader Investment Strategy Krippa’s portfolio covers real estate, esports, and gaming. He holds controlling stakes in NAVI, Maincast, and GSC Game World while owning two of Kyiv’s most iconic properties: Parus Business Center and Hotel Ukraine. Additionally, he is expanding his presence in Dubai’s luxury real estate sector, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to Ukraine’s economic recovery.
